Patisserie

The history of pastry making takes place very similar to that of gastronomy in general, as well as the culinary history of our family. So it is not surprising that for grandfather Gino, a chef of well-established experience, the art of pastry chef was almost nothing, while only in nuns' convents were sweets and pastries made with characteristic names such as' supplications' or 'patience'.



The influence of Arab penetration in our pastry history is felt, especially in the sense of introducing in the confectionery confectionery essences and distilled perfumes; so we do not fail to offer you together with typical local products, typical Sicilian products such as cassate and cannoli. Not forgetting the famous babas from the Neapolitan tradition.



Our work cannot openly offer you the best of Italian patisserie if there was no long preparation and processing behind it. This is why we make birthday cakes, panettone and Easter doves on order.
